(1) According to the law related to the service, the commission will publish a notification for the promotion based on seniority and performance evaluation and efficiency in the first and second class posts of the service gazetted.
(2) When publishing the notification in accordance with sub-rule (1), the post, category or level, number, service, group, sub-group, service period required to be a candidate, minimum educational qualification, deadline and place for submission of application and other necessary details specified by the Commission, to be promoted. Will have to disclose.
(3) Prospective candidates shall submit the application form in accordance with the manner determined by the Commission by attaching the details mentioned in the notice published in accordance with sub-rule (1).
(4) The format and procedure of the promotion application form shall be as determined by the commission.
